Quite recently, one of our friend introduced us to this New Zealand layered dip called Mediterranean. It has sundried tomatoes, basil pesto and cream cheese inside and we ate (almost) anything with this dip. Just couldn't stop dipping. Even my daughter loves it so much that she could finished everything in one go by herself. This dip is a must to have in our fridge right now. Can't live without it!

As a busy mom of 2 cheeky monkeys, I don't have a luxury time to prepare complicated meals. So, for today's breakfast, I was thinking why don't I try something new with tempeh but not Indonesian food. And, here you go!

I used the layered dip as base sauce and topping up with some veggies and tempeh. Result? It's soooo goooddd...

Ingredients

Garlic wrap (1 wrap, I cut into 3 smaller circle shape to make into taco size)

Mediterranean layered dip - margherita

Veggies (whatever you have in the fridge. I used lettuce, tomatoes and avocado)

Tempeh

Directions

As easy as 1 2 3...

Just stack the ingredients start from the first one as the most bottom.. Voila!
